Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform, the Services, or any information, reports, or materials generated by KreditLens (collectively, the “KreditLens”) in any manner that is unlawful, unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you shall not:

1. Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or in connection with your use of the Services.
2. Access or attempt to access any part of the Platform, Services, or systems without proper authorization, including by circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security or authentication measures.
3. Use the Platform or KreditLens for purposes of reverse engineering, data mining (except as intended by the Service), or for developing a competing product or service.
4. Distribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available KreditLens to any third party without KHI’s prior written consent.
5. Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Platform, including introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
6. Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or KHI’s reputation.
7. Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity in connection with your use of the Platform or Services.
8. Use the Platform for any illegal, deceptive, or harmful purpose, including the facilitation of unlawful financial transactions.

KHI reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform in the event of suspected or actual abuse or misuse. Such termination shall be without prejudice to any other remedies available to KHI under law or equity.
